Every time I’ve left prison, it’s like a revolving door. I have been coming in and out of prison since the early ‘80s. NARRATOR: Keith is currently serving five years for burglary, theft and impersonating a police officer. When I got somebody behind me, on me, I do great in life. I do great in prison, I mean, because I got the structure and people telling me what to do. KEITH HUFF: I do great in prison, for some reason. He’s been diagnosed with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. The state of Kentucky has spent an estimated $1.1 million incarcerating him. NARRATOR: Keith Huff is a million-dollar prisoner. I’ve been incarcerated five times in the Kentucky state prison system.
